Saliva: the stuff our mouth produces every day. We swallow it, slurp it, mix it with our food, speak with it and don't even notice it's there most of the time! That's when saliva is doing its job. But for some people, saliva production and management can be problematic. The impact of this problem, whether it's a dry mouth or drooling, can be greater than many realise.
Issues related to saliva control are often not discussed by the wider community. That is why this site was developed. The aim of these pages is to increase awareness of saliva production and control issues, and provide current and up-to-date information on causes and available treatment. It will provide links to resources for additional information, where professional advice may be obtained and all the latest research on drooling and dry mouth.
We hope you find the information helpful and informative.
