Snapshot of the Program

Individualised Funding in Victoria will affect people with disabilities, their families, service providers and the community.

The conference featured presentations by Arthur Rogers, Executive Director Disability Services at the Department of Human Services, people with disabilities, families, researchers and service providers. People who attended the conference also had an opportunity to have their say about the way forward.

• Part of the conference involved the use of Zing technology in an interactive session that included over 70 people with disabilities, carers, disability services staff and others. Equal Say Australia was contracted to conduct the session, which was jointly facilitated by Maree Dyson . The session preceded a short question and answer question with Arthur Rogers from DHS and Diana Heggie, CEO of Scope.
