Election Of Directors - Call For Nominations

The Annual General Meeting for Scope (Vic) Ltd. will be held on Friday 7th November

One of the most important businesses to be transacted is the election of Members of the Board of Directors. Members are elected for a three year term and this year there is one vacancy for an elected director to be filled at this year’s Annual General Meeting.

Any financial, voting member of Scope may stand for election to the Board of Directors.

In accordance with Rule 13.2 of the Scope Constitution, nominations of financial voting members are hereby called to fill the Board vacancy. Nominations must reach the Company Secretary of Scope by 5.00 pm on Friday 3 rd October 2008 .

To stand for election a nominee must complete a Nomination Form and be proposed and seconded by two other financial, voting members of Scope.

A briefing on the structure and commitment required of the Board of Directors as well as the legal duties and responsibilities of becoming a Director of a Public Company will be held before the date for close of nominations. Anyone interested in nominating is strongly encouraged to attend.
