The Scope Approach
The Scope Approach applies to how we choose to behave in our dealings with others, both inside and outside the organisation. It reinforces our principles of seeing the person, doing it together, doing it right and doing it better.
These four principles reflect the way people are required to work within Scope, how we work with clients, families, fellow employees and external people, and organisations.
The principles are embedded within our Strategic Plan and have been built using a person centred thinking process.
Under each of the principles there are five statements that clearly define the behaviours we are required to work within.
