Our People
Whether it is through our services offered to clients, membership or staff our success lies in people.
We ensure that our employees are talented, engaged and committed to The Scope Approach. With the disability sector's greater emphasis on individualised funding, it is imperative that our staff meet the demands of changing service delivery models to provide high quality services. This Approach is embraced by the Scope Board, management and staff.
