START - Gippsland Region 

The START program provides support for families who are waiting for an ongoing early childhood intervention service.

START can help you to: 

• Get support from your family or friends
• Find out about services in your local area
• Prepare written information
• Meet other parents
• Get support from people who already know your child

A plan will be developed with you to:

• Describe what you want for your family
• List people who can help
• Describe how this will happen

START will support you until your child has an ongoing Early Childhood Intervention service and help you share your plan with this new service.
