Transition to School
Scope works with families and schools to assist with the transition to school. This can be part of the Early Childhood Intervention Service or part of the support provided by schools for children with a disability.
Scope is running a demonstration project in 2010-11 in Northern/Western Melbourne to trial improved models of support for children moving to mainstream schools. Hopefully this will lead to improved services across Victoria in future years.
