Regional Communication Services - Barwon and Gippsland Regions

Regional Communication Services are available for people with a disability.

• East Gippsland & Wellington Regional Communication Service
• Westernport Latrobe Regional Communication Service  - incorporating the Central South West and the Peninsula South East Regional Communication Services
• Barwon South West Regional Communication Service

Regional Communication Services work in partnership with individuals and a range of services, businesses and community groups to support the active participation of people with complex communication needs in communities.

People with complex communication needs aged between 18 and 65 years can request support of a Regional Communication Service.

The Scope Regional Communication Services are part of the Communication Access Network. The Communication Resource Centre provides leadership and peer support to the regional services as the central coordinating body.
