Hrepsime Gulbenkoglu
Hrepsime Gulbenkoglu is a psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting people with disabilities and their families. Hrepsime has worked with children and adults with disabilities and their families in Australia and overseas providing psychological assessment, behavioural intervention and counselling services.
Hrepsime has written numerous publications and conference papers related to Mental Health.
Jo Watson
Jo Watson is a Speech Pathologist with over 15 years experience supporting people with disabilities and their families. She has worked in Australia, China and the United States providing Speech Pathology services and supports to children, adults and their families with complex communication needs. Jo's is co-author of Beyond Speech Alone: Guidelines for Psychologists Providing Counselling Services to Clients with Disabilities and Complex Communication Needs and The Bridging Project: Physical Disability and Mental Health.
Mark Di Marco
Mark has worked as a psychologist with over 13 years experience in the disability field. Mark completed his undergraduate studies at Melbourne University and Masters Degree at Sydney University. Mark has worked for the Department of Community Services in Sydney, MENCAP in London and currently works as a clinician with Scope as well as in private practice. Mark has had a strong interest in counselling for people with an intellectual disability and complex communication needs. Nick Hagiliassis
Dr Nick Hagiliassis is a psychologist with over 10 years experience in the disability field. He completed his undergraduate and post-graduate studies at Monash University, Australia, and his PhD at LaTrobe University, Australia. Nick is a Psychologist with the Research & Community Development team, Scope, has worked as a Senior Clinician with the Mid West Primary Mental Health Team, and also works in private practice. Nick has a particular interest in research activities that are relevant to the lives of people with disabilities and is a member of the Bridging Project. Nick has published and presented papers on a range of topics related to disability and psychology, and is the co-author of two books, Enhancing Self-Esteem and Anger Management.

Viviana Ortolan
Viviana is a published poet and writer. She has Cerebral Palsy which affects her mobility and speech. She has been employed by Scope (Vic) since 1980. She works at High Point Industries, a Business Service run by Scope. She is a founding member of the Scope’s Disability Educators group, formed in 2000.
As one of the Disability Educators, her Disability Awareness Training covers many different groups, including new Scope staff; Aged Care students, TAFE and secondary school students. She has completed Certificate 3 in Business. Viviana’s role with The Bridging Project is as a consultant. The fact that she has Complex Communication Needs gives her first hand knowledge of issues this project deals with
