High Point Industries (Vic) has a full-time position available for a Production Coordinator. The successful applicant will be the 2IC to the Business Manager and will be responsible for the overall efficient day to day customer service/production operations and the supervision of our supported employees in a packaging and food-handling business.

The requirements of this job include:

• 3years+ Business experience in a relevant Industry
• 3years+ experience in leading multi purpose teams
• Formal qualifications in Production/Logistics
• Working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing processes such as Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizan
• Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO and HACCP)
• A current driver’s Licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
• Current Forklift Licence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
• Willingness to work side-by-side with supported employees in a production environment
• Ability to relate to people with disabilities
