Individualised Services

Photo of man in wheelchair approaching football teamScope Individualised Services works with people with a disability, families, groups, organisations and support networks who purchase services or have a package of funding.

We explore how best to support you in flexible ways based on your dreams, desires and needs so that you can live the life you want.

Working in local communities Scope can, for example, do things like plan a new bathroom, assist you to set up your own home and employ support staff. We can support you to go swimming, and support you in spending your money in the way you want.

We work side-by-side with you allowing you to choose what you do and where you do it. You can do things on your own or with groups of people who like the same things as you.

Individualised services can be accessed by people of all ages who live in Victoria. Whether you have your own money or a package of funding through a program you can be assured you get exactly what you want.

Packages may come from the Department of Human Resources, Transport Accident Commission, Support and Choice, HomeFirst, Futures for Young Adults, Making a Difference, compensation payment or other means.
