What We Offer
Scope offers a wide range of services from services for people with a disability to services for carers, employers and other groups.
Central to our service offering is the direct support offered through our Client Services, Disability Employment through Employment Futures, Packaging & Assembly, Communication Resource Centre and Scope Research.
Client Services
Our Client Services are offered across seven regions throughout Victoria. These areas include the regional areas of Loddon Mallee, Barwon South-West & Grampians, Hume and Gippsland. Metropolitan areas include North and West Metropolitan, Southern Metropolitan and Eastern Metropolitan.
The main service areas range from early childhood through adulthood. Individual and family focused we support people with a disability to make and realise their own living choices.
A representative in your region can talk with you more about the services available in your region and advise how best we can support you. This can include looking at your current supports and other supports that are available in your community. For more information contact the representative in your region.
Employment Futures
Scope offers Disability Employment Services through Employment Futures.
Two Open Employment services at Employment Futures, Moorabbin and Mount Waverley function to support people with a disability to find employment in their community. A comprehensive service is available for those seeking employment (job seekers) and employers.
In addition, Scope has four main sites for people with a disability to work located at Knox Combined Industries (Wantirna), Shannon Park Industries (Geelong), South East Industries (Clayton) and High Point Industries (Maribyrnong). These sites are commonly used for our Packaging & Assembly.
Packaging & Assembly
Organisations looking for an inexpensive solution for various operational tasks can choose Scope Packaging & Assembly.
Business Services are involved in areas such as production, packaging, assembly, disassembly, “Pick and Pack” (outsourced supply chain solutions), mail-outs/collating, labelling, shrink wrapping, heat sealing and tagging. Work can either be conducted at any of the four business sites or off site.
Communication Resource Centre
Located at Box Hill, Scope’s Communication Resource Centre is part of the Victorian Communication Access Network for people with complex communication needs. The aim of the Communication Resource Centre is to ensure that people with complex communication needs and all of their communication partners, communicate successfully and effectively.
Scope Research
Scope Research grows the capacity of Scope and the sector as a whole to undertake research. Scope research is extensive, internationally recognised and, in many instances, conducted with our strong academic and service partners.
