Diana has worked in the disability field for over 25 years. She was appointed to CEO of Scope in December 2006 and has overseen a comprehensive organisational change program. Diana is a qualified physiotherapist (MCSP) and has a Graduate Diploma in Human Services Research. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), a Director of National Disability Services and President of Cerebral Palsy Australia.

Bryce Craggs, General Manager, Business Support Services

Bryce has been with Scope since 2007 and leads the Business Support Services team. He has over 30 years experience in the utilities, government and not-for-profit sectors. His formal qualifications include a Masters in Organisation Dynamics from RMIT and Graduate Diplomas in Leadership & Organisational Behaviour and ebusiness & Communication from Swinburne.

John leads the Inclusion and Service Development, Therapy and Psychology and regional Client Services departments. John has 30 years experience in Community Care and Health, primarily in the disability and community based aged care areas and has qualifications as a Division 1, 3 and 4 Nurse (Ireland) and a BA Business Administration.

Jim Weber, Group Manager Marketing and Corporate Relations

Jim joined Scope in August 2008, with extensive international experience in Marketing roles in Canada, New Zealand and Australia. His formal qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration (Marketing).

Robert Moore, Quality Manager and Company Secretary

Robert has over 15 years experience in disability, the last 12 years with Scope. His qualifications include a BA (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Organisational Systems) from Monash University.

Michael has 22 years experience in the disability field in both operational and strategic management roles. He has qualifications in social science (BA) and business (MBA) and is the Chair of two Human Research Ethics Committees.
