Jennifer FitzgeraldJennifer Fitzgerald - Chief Executive Officer, Scope

Jennifer’s value driven approach has led her to work in the disability, health, aged care and community sectors for over 30 years. Jennifer became the Chief Executive Officer of Scope on the 3rd January 2012. Jennifer is a qualified Physiotherapist and has a Masters in Business Administration.  Jennifer is a member of the Australian Council of Health Service Executives, Australian Institute of Management and Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Bryce Craggs, General Manager, Strategic Change & Information

Bryce has been with Scope since 2007 and leads the Strategic Change & Information team. He has over 30 years experience in the utilities, government and not-for-profit sectors. His formal qualifications include a Masters in Organisation Dynamics from RMIT and Graduate Diplomas in Leadership & Organisational Behaviour and ebusiness & Communication from Swinburne.

John leads the Inclusion and Service Development, Therapy and Psychology and regional Client Services departments.

John has 30 years experience in Community Care and Health, primarily in the disability and community based aged care areas and has qualifications as a Division 1, 3 and 4 Nurse (Ireland) and a BA Business Administration.

Robert Moore, Group Manager, Governance, Risk & Quality

Robert has over 15 years experience in disability, the last 12 years with Scope. His qualifications include a BA (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Organisational Systems) from Monash University. 

Joanna WilliamsonJoanna Williamson, Group Manager People & Culture

Joanna has been with Scope since 2005 and leads the People and Culture team. Before joining Scope Joanna had a long career with a financial services organisation in a broad range of business and human resource roles.

These included financial analysis and public relations roles, along with equal opportunity, recruitment and employee relations. Her formal qualification is a BA (Hons) from Manchester University in the UK.

Kylie PayneKylie Payne, General Manager, Marketing & Communications

Kylie joined Scope in 2010 and leads the Marketing and Communications team. She has almost 20 years experience working initially in accounting and then in marketing with International Marketing and Communications agencies. Her formal qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Law and a Graduate Diploma in Direct Marketing.

Tom BaxterTom Baxter, General Manager, Scope Business Enterprises

Tom is an experienced senior business executive, who has led businesses in the Financial Services, Postal and Health Insurance industries. His immediate past Executive role was based in Sydney, as CEO of Cardlink, the operator of the BPAY bill payment system.
