Scope See Me September

Scope See Me September is a month long campaign aimed towards encouraging all communities to look beyond the disability and see what individuals living with a disability are really capable of. Their capabilities, accomplishments and stories will amaze you.

At Scope we empower people with a disability to explore and take part in their community. For people with a disability to enjoy the same access to all that Australian life has to offer, our communities need to be both welcoming and inclusive.

There will be a number of events throughout the month the public can become involved in, these include: Scope See Me September Ball, Walk With Me, Scope Young Ambassadors Conference and the Scope See Me September Schools Week.

Scope See Me September Ball - Saturday 3rd September

The Scope See Me September Ball launches the ‘See Me’ campaign, taking place in the magnificently restored Myer Mural Hall. Guests will enjoy a star studded line up complimented by amazing food, wine and entertainment. Find out more.

Walk with Me - Sunday 18th September, 9.00am – 2.00pm.

Walk With Me celebrates people of all abilities encouraging Victorians to walk along side one of the many people Scope supports. The walk will also raise much needed funds and awareness while welcoming people with a disability into inclusive communities. Find out more.

Scope See Me September Schools Week - Monday 12th - Friday 16th September 

Victorian schools can take part in Scope See Me September through our schools campaign taking place between the 12th – 16th September. Find out more.

Scope Young Ambassadors Conference - Wednesday 7th September 

In the lead up to Scope See Me September Schools Week, schools will be invited to champion two students to attend the Scope Young Ambassadors Conference held at Etihad Stadium, Melbourne. Find out more.
