Activate Communities ( Activate.COM)
Activate.COM, a project of Scope, works to enhance the capacity of
the disability day program sector and the community sector in the Western
Metropolitan Region to support the inclusion of people with disabilities
in the life of their community.

Activate.COM, which is funded by the Department of Human Services Western
Region, works collaboratively, developing inclusive communities, capacity
building and empowerment, targeting day programs currently funded in
the WMR, including Adult Training and Support Services, non government
day programs and Futures For Young Adults programs. Activate.COM also
works with associated sectors such as accommodation, disability, recreation,
aged, local government and wider community sectors.
