At the Scope Annual General Meeting in October 2002, members voted
on a special resolution to adopt a new Constitution. This document brings
the organisation into line with current good corporate practice. It
also confirms our vital and fundamental commitment to support people
with a disability to achieve their potential in a community that has
been educated and equipped to welcome and include them.
